Sage Agastya, who had the blessings Brahma, brought water to the South by obtaining water in his kamandalu from Shiva. He then traveled down south looking for the right spot from which the river would flow. He reached the Kodagu (Coorg), hills. He called Ganesha in disguise, and asked him the boy to help him hold the vessel as he searched for the perfect spot. Ganesha, in all his wisdom, chose the right location for the origin of river and set the kamandalu to rest on the spot. A Crow came to the vessel and sat down on it. Agastya then returned to see it and took it away. The kamandalu was upset by the flight of the bird, and water started to pour out. This sacred River Kaveri is a manifestation of Talakaveri Divinity, which manifests itself in many ways to benefit the people.

Flowers are offered at birth, at death, during celebrations, in temples, churches, offices, and homes, and are part of all happy and sad occasions. Flowers are always spreading their pleasant fragrance, no matter where they are, and they are always pleasant to the eyes that see. They can be recognised by their fragrances anywhere. So life should be lived in a way to leave such fragrance through the way of life. Aum Namaha Shivaya." Says Guru Ka Das Walia

This allows you to honor your physical body, your emotional body, and even your mental body. Yoga mudras encourage the flow and energy of the subtle body, which will help you in your journey within. Subtle can also be translated to "that which is most delicate" or "that which is the most refined."
Even though you might not know what the word mudra means, you're likely more familiar than you think with hand gestures. Much of what we communicate is done using our hands.
