Consultation and briefing
Setup and configuration. The actual server setup and configuration of software and services running on the server. (AD setup, DNS setup, RAID setup, user creation, user rights assignment, policies configuration)
Monitoring of the server and apps running on the server. Checking their status, uptime, and monitoring for any new or recurring issues. (Event check list, Driver Update, server security and update patch installation, user password policies, Over all server health checking, Disk clean-up and performance checking)
Updating the server and software installed on the server. (Updating to new Version of OS, Updating new hardware, RAM, HDD, LAN)
