Time, like a storm, is all around us and in the air, if you take time to inspect you see the countless event happening and happening. Time, like the weather, is a fast-moving force and is powerful. Does time have power over us? Does time dictate that we have a certain reaction and opinion? If you think time is just a force and has no influence on your life, think again. According to Hindu religious belief, Shiva, the supreme force, played an important part in the formation and development of Indian culture. He is commonly known as Shiva (or Mahadeva) in the northern region of India and Thillai, in the South. This deity is thought to be one of the three main energies that shaped the universe. Shiva is usually depicted as either a Yogi in mythologies or as an entity that is peaceful. In ancient religious scriptures, Shiva was described as a fierce God in the form of a Bhairava/Nataraja. He has been worshipped by many people, including Kanyakumari in Kashmir, Saurashtra in Assam, and Saurashtra in Saurashtra.
A mudra is a symbolic gesture or ritual gesture used by the hands. It is commonly used in Hinduism, Buddhism, and other religions. Most mudras use the hands and fingers. Others involve movements of the shoulders, wrists, and elbows. There are many mudras used in ceremonies, dancing, sculpture, and painting iconography (i.e. Representations of Buddha. The use of mudras in spiritual and yoga practices, including those of Indian religions such as Dharma or Taoism, has been common for thousands of years to facilitate meditation and/or healing.
The hand gestures called mudras in yoga are used in conjunction with pranayama (yogic breath exercises). They are typically performed while one is in Padmasana Sukhasana or Vajrasana. Mudras are used to stimulate the different parts of your body that deal with breathing. They also affect your mood and energy flow. Hand gestures and positions that are specific to a particular hand act as "locks" and guide energy flows and reflexes towards the brain. As each hand corresponds to one part of the mind, or body, it can be controlled by curling, crossing, stretching, and touching the fingers.
Spiritually, specific mudras are an outward manifestation of one's inner desires. There are many mudras. However, it is believed that meditation on a particular mudra will bring forth certain thoughts, energies, or devotions. Mudras help us visualize what we want and need. Mudras allow you to physically connect with an intangible wish by placing your hands in a mudra.
“It is a sad world and the path of spiritualism is a tough path as you have so many snakes trying to eat into you or poison you or others as they live in a narrow-minded world of theirs. The One that surrenders to the unknown and the hidden is the One that does not weep when the time is up, whilst others repent their actions when there is no time left. Om Namaha Shivaya.”
Says Guru Ka Das Walia
"Love is devotion; devotion is love; it gives unity and satisfaction. Aum Namaha Shivaya." Says Guru Ka Das Walia
“I see what I want to see and manipulate truth the way I want to move forward materialistically in life and then question why the outcomes are the way they are. The reality is that I am living and burning my soul in the ego of my physical presence, and this is not the path of spirituality or dharma. Aum Namaha Shivaya.” Says Guru Ka Das Walia

What are the uses of spiritual healing?
Spiritual healing is the ability to restore the body’s natural ability to be in touch with its surroundings and self-heal. The healer's procedure helps with the relief of long-term inner pain, stress, anxiety, or loneliness. Such cures can be used by people who have trouble focusing on their work or are suffering from other issues in their lives.
Healer
With prayer and concentration, one can feel the healing. It moves from the healer’s hands to the recipients. Practitioners may use crystals and magnetic fields to expel any negative energy.
Healing
Many practitioners offer remote healing for clients who are unable to attend to their needs. One can use prayer to encourage positivity and to draw spiritual energies from around one.
Spiritual healing
A depressed person or those who remain pressurized/stressed, face metabolic disorder which ultimately affects the physical body. Poor emotional health can affect many aspects of our endocrine functions. People who feel shattered, or that everything is falling apart, may not feel as healthy even if their physical conditions are good.
Spiritual healing can be achieved through meditation, prayer, and music.
Reiki is a simple and extremely powerful healing technique which can be learnt very easily and applied to anybody. It does not require a high level of qualification or innate qualities to learn. I believe Reiki is the perfect answer to all the problems in the world and beyond. In fact, it is the only and true answer to sufferings in the world. It has all the powers that one can or cannot imagine. When your higher self or ‘I’ calls for a better world it is there for you. It comes to everybody in different ways. It all depends upon the specific conditions, environment and circumstances of the particular person. So what I believe about Reiki is that it is the most powerful force which is real but based on faith and belief as well and is always ready to help you out whenever and wherever required. I also believe that Reiki represents the ultimate. It ensures personal empowerment, confidence building and evolution as a being. There are different ways to practice it in the present times and each of them has their own philosophies.
Reiki can also be combined with the traditional medical treatment and other conventional or traditional therapies to produce great results. It works in coordination with other therapies and healing methods and practices. If you want to practice Reiki then the first step is to find the perfect guide or teacher. This is the most difficult step and it is believed that you do not have to search for a teacher but the right teacher will come to you automatically. No efforts needed. The right teacher will take you through your journeys for your higher self or god or Supreme Being or higher being. Under the capable direction or guidance of a teacher who has been destined for you, you will be able to whatever you want to achieve. Despite a good teacher you may not be comfortable with him or her. This is because he or she is not the teacher who has been ‘made’ for you. Once you are comfortable with the teacher there is more fruitful result and more benefits. As a result, there is much Reiki induces immense healing experience because there is strong and increased flow of energy. The body is much more ready to accept the energy introduced into him or her. Therefore, I believe it must be practices with sheer confidence level.
“Never rely on the ones you believe will be there for you as they will be the first to walk away. Aum Namaha Shivaya.” Says Guru Ka Das Walia
“Being truthful to yourself is the first step to spirituality and none other. Aum Namaha Shivaya.” Says Guru Ka Das Walia
“Everyone can speak and listen to the great talk, but only a few can walk on the talk. Aum Namaha Shivaya.” Saya Guru Ka Das Walia
“The political players that play dirty politics in spiritual movements may think they have got their way; however, they only realise the mess and carnage they have sown for their loved ones and their soul when it is too late to undo such actions. Aum Namaha Shivaya.” says Guru Ka Das Walia
