Karuna Reiki gives us new dimensions in our perception of reality. The problem is that our perception of reality is limited to the third dimension. We believe this to be all there is. We often become afraid that we will not be able to see all of reality.
Sometimes we are afraid to acknowledge the enormousness and intensity involved in creation. We can still start anytime, and we can also see other realities and planes that exist that we do not know about at other times. We don’t want time to be a liner thing, but a continuous one.
The trick is to view time as a stream of energy. This energy is available all the time. All events past, present, and foreseeable future are all contained within time. When we train our brain to connect with anything contained in time we are able to connect. This is how we can connect to our past or future events, or cultures.
This can be used to explain memories from the past, or even the future. It can also be used to discover why we are getting into various healing techniques such as Egyptian and biblical healing methods, as proven by many healers. This has been possible for many healers, who were able to shift their consciousness into different dimensions and planes to reach the past or future.
What is rudraksha exactly and what are its benefits
Elaeocarpus ganitrus is Elaeocarpus rudraksha, the scientific name for rudraksha. This tree is found in the Himalayas range. Ayurveda considers a medical and medicinal fruit, with some healing properties. It can also be worn as beads from 108 fruits to relieve stress.
The tree is found in evergreen tropical forests with three-tier forest structures. The trees can take up to seven years before they bear fruit.
Rudraksha may be found as different types of faced fruits
The Panchmukhi type is the most widespread. The Himalayan bead is usually larger and heavier, and they are richer in minerals. The 1-faced Shiva (or Shiva) is recommended for medical conditions such as asthma and bone pains. It is closely associated with the sun-the Leo Moon signs.
Why OM
Rudraksha has a connection to Shiva. Om is Shiva’s mantra. The Jaap OM 108x helps to unlock spiritual powers. Om is thought to be the sound the universe makes and it is connected to the Ajna chakra (or the third eye). Chanting mantras helps with relaxation. Both the inflow/outflow of air and chanting help to regulate body vibrations.
Rudraksha and electromagnetic property
Two Indian scientists have used a variety of techniques in order to analyze the effect of Om, an ancient meditation method. It is a spiritual mantra, which helps reduce psychological stress when it is chanted early each morning in conjunction with a balanced practice of yoga.
Bhagwat Gita teaches that regular practice of the mantra Jaap (pranayama) is a superior method to attain the Higher Self.

Spiritual healing mantras are important
Mantra Jaap is a type of spiritual practice that can be found across different religions. Praying Mantra Jaap, or reciting the mantras while not following the rituals, can also be very beneficial. These sounds can be linked to vibrations. Repeatedly singing certain terms helps to increase and harmonize the cosmic vibration in our environment. Mantra Jaap works by restoring nature's balance of vibrations.
Vibrations, healing
Modern yoga teachers have explained how certain sounds in yoga can heal. Most of these are based on sound vowels. The mantra for sinuses is Mmmmm. For ears, eyes, and throat, Nnnnn and eeemm respectively, and Yaa Yu Ti for the jaw, is Yaa Yu Tai. The word chakras mean wheels and there are seven chakras along the spine.
Mantras or chakras
Laam is used to activate your base chakras. This helps you improve your survival instinct. People who feel insecure about their life and fear they might lose control of it are affected by the problem of the base chakras. This second chakra is related to creativity and inspiration. Vaam is a mantra for the 2nd chakra.
The third chakra is associated with the ego. People may feel neutral but their egos may be preventing them from growing.
You can release your ego by repeating the word Raam. It is linked to the 3 rd. The fourth refers to unconditional love. The fifth corresponds to creativity and its power of it. It's related to organ throat. The mantra of the sixth is Haam. The sixth is all about insight and inspiration. It is located between two eyebrows. The word for it is Kshaam. Omm, at the top, is what indicated the connection with cosmic energies.
The Bhagavata Purana, also known as the Srimad Bhagavatam, Srimad Bhagavata Mahapurana or simply Bhagavata, is one of Hinduism's eighteen great Puranas (Mahapuranas). The truth is born as Krishna (also known as " Hari” and " Vasudeva in the text). He first is able to make peace with demons, after which he learns to understand them, and defeats them creatively, bringing back hope and justice, as well as freedom joy, peace, and liberty which is a common theme in many myths.
“It is a sad world and the path of spiritualism is a tough path as you have so many snakes trying to eat into you or poison you or others as they live in a narrow-minded world of theirs. The One that surrenders to the unknown and the hidden is the One that does not weep when the time is up, whilst others repent their actions when there is no time left. Om Namaha Shivaya.”
Says Guru Ka Das Walia
"Some read books and scriptures to gain knowledge; some sit in a congregation to gain knowledge, and some sit with learned saints to gain knowledge; however, without realising the One and surrendering heart, mind, and soul to the One, there is no point in gaining the knowledge, as it flows from the ear, and out of the other, making no difference to the seeker. Aum Namaha Shivaya." Says Guru Ka Das Walia
"Man is so wrapped up in ego that he fails to see that the body made up of five elements is just a vehicle. Without the acts of love, awareness, tolerance, surrendering, compassion, and self-realisation, man will continue to burn in this life form and many more to come. Aum Namaha Shivaya." Says Guru Ka Das Walia
"The Lord blessed thy with divine Gurus, and thy took it for granted in life, and when the darkest hour came, only their divine teachings brought thy back to the One where together we are One again. Aum Namaha Shivaya." Says Guru Ka Das Walia
Vibhishana was also known as Bibhishan and was the younger brother to Ravana, who is the Demon King from Lanka in the epic Ramayana. Vibhishana, though an asura, did not display the typical behavior of his clan. In fact, Vibhishana was a noble character, great devotee, and seventh avatar of Sri Maha Vishnu's Lord Rama. He is also the central character in the Ramayana. Vibhishana, who was all for peace, tried to warn Ravana not to abduct Sita, Rama's wife. He wanted Sita back to her husband. Vibhishana left him when he refused to listen and joined Rama’s army. He eventually helped defeat Ravana. According to Sinhalese history, Vibhishana is one of the Sathara Waram Deviyos or four guardian deities. This belief was prevalent during the Kotte period. Ravana Katha from Wickramasinghe Adigar tells us that Vibhishana as King ascended to the throne after Ravana was defeated by Rama. His Yaksha capital was then moved from Alakamandawa to Kelaniya. He was revered by Goddess Pattini is the God of the Four Warrants after the 16th century. A small group of devotees continues to worship him, mostly in the Kelaniya region.
"Through tough times and good times, champions always ride together; that's the only way they know... So keep moving forward and forward, and don't look back. Aum Namaha Shivaya." Says Guru Ka Das Walia
