Why are there so many spiritual movements?
In the last 500-years, many spiritual movements took place. These movements were strongly influenced by invasions, politics, and social factors. The American religious, political and spiritual awakenings of the 18thcentury to the 19th century and the 20th century influenced American politics, religion, and culture.
Spirituality originated in America when a small group of people felt they had been captivated and were connected to the spirits of the deceased through mediums.
